Formed in 1990, The International Playback Theatre Network provides and independent, inclusive, global membership organisation that strengthens Playback Theatre Practice through connection and mutual influence. The IPTN mission is to support the development of Playback Theatre worldwide and to facilitate connections between people interested in this unique theatre form. We seek to inspire and enrich one another, encouraging integrity, relevance and dynamism in Playback Theatre practice globally.
Membership benefits include the website and web calendar, the IPTN Online Journal (with an opportunity to comment on articles), support for International and Regional Gatherings, recognition of Practitioners and Companies and a Membership Directory that can be downloaded from the website.
